More fake news on the way.
but will it stall
wasn't going to watch it but now i'll give it shot *Thanks*
Probably another stall-until-drop from DropStallYo. So much stuff already sitting on that project list bar on the left-side of the website...
Not 1080p? interesting
@freakicho It's a native 810p show. It should look better for your 1080p screen in that res.
@Drake would you mind explaining to me how downsizing it from 810p to 720p can look better than keeping it at least 810p? I'm genuinely curious.
@freakicho Because 810p doesn't exist as a source to look for. It's either upscaled 1080p or downscaled 720p. Re-encoding upscaled 1080p will just make it worse than it is, so I guess they just went with 720p downscaled from 810p, or that's just what I think. They gotta clarify more about that themselves though.
~~stalldesuyo~~
@Drake That's incredibly nonsensical. People have released shows in 810p, and people have descaled to 810p and reupscaled to 1080p (using a good upscaler, unlike what studios use). Odds are higher that the source quality just wasn't good enough to warrant descaling to 810p, or even releasing at 1080p.

\> 720p release \> 720p (and not 810p) native: https://anibin.blogspot.com/2019/07/1_58.html \> the show's on Wakanim (decent source) Actually makes sense
