But the delay was also due to a variety of improvements over last week: * **Improved line flow.** This is the main thing I focused on learning and getting right over last week. There's still room for improvement, but I think it should make this week's episode a much more pleasant experience. (The official subtitles insist on splitting sentences in the middle and putting gaps between all lines.) * **Phone messages are now seamlessly edited.** It's my first venture into editing signs, and to that extent I'm satisfied. I also tried my hand at the whiteboard in the Task Force classroom—it was a humbling lesson, but a lesson nonetheless. It's taught me a few tricks that I'll be able to use for better and faster signs in the future. * **Singable opening lyrics and karaoke effects.** I spent a long time reworking the lyrics of the opening to be singable so it'd live up to the karaoke effects. The effects are all by the crew at Kaleido-subs, who graciously allowed me to use them for my release as well. These things are all learned or finalized, so next week's release should be faster. This release wouldn't have been as good without the folks at Kaleido-subs. They answered any questions I had and gave me advice far beyond that. They just released Episode 1, with a huge number of edited background signs and their own opening translation with singable lyrics—if you're itching to rewatch it or haven't gotten into the Blue Archive anime yet, consider giving their release a watch. I will continue my faster releases for viewers who want to keep up with episodes a little closer to their premiere date. ![](https://i.imgur.com/IlwB6jH.png) ![](https://i.imgur.com/iUuiEun.gif) ![](https://i.imgur.com/rDE7wm0.png)

v2 episode 1 when?
Thank you so much
Thank you for the hard work!
@RinzImpulse Phrenapates doesn't have an account, so they asked me to share this: "I've started to consider releasing a v2 batch a few episodes down the road—say, around episodes 4-6. I'm still learning the ropes, and I feel like the v2 I'll be able to make in just a few weeks will be much better than what I can make now. I definitely want to release an improved version for these episodes sooner than later, though. Already made a few changes for this episode in my files, and I don't want to wait until the whole show is out to publish them."
Okay. Nice update. TY
TY for delivering peak once again
